This kind of drying equipment is widely used, its operation need to pay attention to the following points:
 1, first discharge the condensate in the steam line, and then close the cut-off valve.
 2, open the air control cabinet air switch (the corresponding display red light), start the heating chamber of the circulating fan.
 3, when the drying room temperature reaches 145 ℃, set the speed motor controller on the "through" position, and then clockwise rotation knob to make the pointer to the desired position. While adjusting the degree of tightening of the conveyor chain, and then began to feed the dryer. (With particular attention to the uniformity of the feed end)
 4, open the gas supply valve, the drying room for heating. When the steam working pressure of 0.4 ~ 1.0Mpa, can give full play to the excellent performance of the machine.
 5, by adjusting the inlet and exhaust air valve angle, control the humidity inside the drying room, so as to achieve the best material dry state.
 6, when the last batch of material to leave the dryer, you can close the steam stop valve, a little later and then turn off the fan (corresponding to the green light off).
 7, when the last batch of material hollow paddle dryer, turn off the main drive (corresponding to the green light off), and then turn the speed knob clockwise to zero, the controller switch placed in the "off" position (corresponding to the red light Off).
